SYSTEM

1. Rental and Return

Rental is for one night and two days. We kindly ask that items be returned by 8:00 PM on the day after the rental date. Returns by mail are also accepted. Additionally, we offer a pickup service for an extra fee. However, the return reception hours may vary depending on other reservations, so please consult with us in advance. If no notice is given, an extension fee will be charged.

レンタルは一泊二日のレンタルです。基本的には利用日翌日20時までの返却をお願いしております。郵送での返却も可能です。別途でピックアップサービスもございます。ただし、返却受付可能時間は他のご予約状況により変動いたしますので、事前にご相談ください。お知らせがない場合はレンタル延長料金が発生いたしますので、ご注意くださいませ。

2. ABOUT FULL SET RENTAL

The full set rental includes all necessary accessories for dressing, including tabi socks and zori sandals. Undergarments are not included, so please prepare your own. Items such as camisoles, tank tops, or V-neck T-shirts are acceptable.

フルセットレンタルに含まれるものは、足袋や草履を含むお着付けに必要な小物すべてです。肌着は含まれておりませんので、ご用意をお願いいたします。キャミソール、タンクトップ、VネックのTシャツなどでも問題ありません。

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are charged based on a 24-hour unit, regardless of your reservation time:

Cancellation 3 days or more before the reservation date: 30% of the total rental fee
Cancellation 2 days before the reservation date: 50% of the total rental fee
Cancellation 1 day before or on the reservation date: 100% of the total rental fee

ご予約時間に関わらず、キャンセルは24時間単位で以下のキャンセル料を頂戴いたします。

ご予約3日前までのキャンセル：ご予約料金の30％
ご予約2日前までのキャンセル：ご予約料金の50％
ご予約1日前〜当日のキャンセル：ご予約料金の100％

4. CLEANING FEE & DAMAGES

Basic cleaning associated with normal use is included in the rental fee.

However, if stains or damage occur that cannot be removed through standard cleaning methods (including but not limited to tobacco, wine, soy sauce, coffee, etc.), additional cleaning fees may be charged at our discretion.

If damage occurs to the rental item, repair costs will be charged as determined by us. If the item is deemed irreparable, you will be required to pay compensation equal to 300% of the rental fee.

In the event of loss or damage to accessories, we reserve the right to charge either 300% of the rental fee or the actual cost incurred to replace the item, at our discretion.

お着物の通常使用に伴う基本的なクリーニング費用は、レンタル料金に含まれております。

ただし、タバコ、ワイン、醤油、コーヒー等による汚損など、通常のクリーニングでは除去できないシミが生じた場合には、当店の判断により、別途クリーニング費用をご請求することがあります。

レンタル品に破損が生じた場合には、当店の判断に基づき、修理費用をご負担いただきます。修理不能と判断される損傷が生じた場合には、レンタル料金の3倍（300％）を賠償金としてお支払いいただきます。

また、小物類の紛失または破損が生じた場合には、当店の判断により、レンタル料金の3倍（300％）または当該小物を新たに購入するために要した実質費用のいずれかを選択し、賠償金としてご請求いたします。
